.. Send -> press and hold one of the photos at bottom of screen to record video message of what you see. Lift finger from device sends the message.

.. Receive -> app checks for new messages at startup, and shows first frame of received message. Press and hold the green bar that appears at bottom of screen to play the message while recording your reply. Swipe to view next message.

.. Contacts -> Dual starts with three contacts at the bottom of screen. They are customer care. Press and hold on any of the three images at bottom of screen to record & send a video message. We reply within 24 hours. To replace customer care images with your friends, tap the + button at the right of customer care photos.
